Mike Beier is the President and CEO of ContXt Corporation, based just outside of Toledo, Ohio. Mike founded ContXt in 2003 to help organizations translate complex topics (such as new strategies, processes, value propositions, and cultural norms) into simple, effective tools and methods to get entire organizations on the same page. Using visual and discovery-based facilitation and learning methods, ContXt makes the complicated simple so people can see the bigger picture and understand their supporting role. Clients include American Electric Power, Digital Globe, Sysco, Baxter, Luminant, ProMedica, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Pacific Gas & Electric. Mike attended Fordham University's College of Business in the Bronx, New York, and currently resides in Toledo, Ohio, with his two sons.
