I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 7 years with Jubilant HollisterStier. We are a contract sterile filling site with 2 high speed lines, a clinical trial area, and 2 lower volume fill areas. We also have our own brand of allergenic immunotherapies. I have worked in Validation, Process Engineering, and most recently as the manager for QA Compliance and Oversight. My career has been dedicated to promoting a culture where we do the right things efficiently to fulfill our ultimate duty to the patient, but also our duties to our staff and our clients. I have a passion for complex problem solving and I believe the best solutions come from the floor and  that the key to a successful quality organization is deep engagement, education, and buy in. I have been proud to lead several teams and initiatives that have completely redefined and transformed the way that investigations are performed at my site, and we have begun to share our best practices with partners in our contract manufacturing organization and throughout our global organization.
